Winsbits Monthly Subscription

1. Overview of the Service

The Winsbits Monthly Subscription provides ongoing creative support for a flat monthly fee. Clients may submit unlimited design requests; however, requests are worked on one at a time, in the order received. The Subscription provides access to design time, creative expertise, and consultation, not a guaranteed number of completed deliverables.

Included areas of work:

  • Graphic & visual design

  • Branding & identity design

  • UI/UX design & digital product visuals

  • Marketing materials

  • Framer website design & development

  • Website copywriting (written collaboratively)

  • General design consultation

Excluded services:

  • Custom code development beyond Framer’s native capabilities

  • Software engineering

  • Third-party costs (fonts, plugins, stock assets, hosting, licenses, etc.)

  • Projects outside the scope defined in the Website Scope Addendum

  • Source files (PSD, AI, Figma, etc.) unless purchased separately


2. Unlimited Requests (Fair Use Applies)

Clients may submit unlimited requests and revisions. Work is completed one request at a time.

A Fair Use Policy applies to protect workflow and quality (see Fair Use Policy).


3. Subscription Length & Continuity of Work

A Subscription is valid for 30 consecutive days from activation.

If a project, including a website or video, is not completed by the end of the Subscription period:

  • All work pauses until renewal

  • Client may renew for an additional month

  • No work rolls over without renewal

No guarantees are made regarding the completion of any specific project within a single billing cycle.


4. Website Work

Framer website work includes:

  • Visual UI/UX design

  • Page layout and structure

  • Component design

  • Framer site build & development

  • Collaborative copywriting


Websites cannot be guaranteed within 24–48 hours. Larger websites may require multiple Subscription cycles.

5. Revisions

Clients may request unlimited revisions.
Revisions are processed one at a time.
Major direction changes or complete redesigns constitute a new request (see “Revision Policy”).


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide clear, complete instructions

  • Supply needed assets in a timely manner

  • Participate in providing/approving copy where applicable

  • Respond promptly to questions or feedback requests

Delays in client response may pause or delay progress.


7. Turnaround Time

Typical design tasks (e.g., social content, banners, graphics) are delivered within 24–48 business hours, depending on complexity.

Complex tasks (e.g., multi-page websites, brand systems, high-impact visuals) may require additional time.

Turnaround estimates do not apply when:

  • requests are unclear

  • assets are missing

  • large revisions are requested

  • client becomes unresponsive


8. Ownership & Rights

Upon final approval and full payment:

  • client receives full usage rights to the final exported deliverables

  • source files (Figma, PSD, AI, project files, etc.) are not included unless purchased separately

  • third-party assets retain their original licenses

Winsbits may showcase completed work in portfolios unless agreed otherwise.


9. Payments, Billing & Refunds

  • Payment is due upfront

  • Subscription does not auto-renew unless enabled by the client

  • No refunds for partial months, unused time, or cancelled periods

  • By subscribing, client acknowledges they are purchasing design time and creative access, not a guaranteed number of deliverables

Chargeback protection applies (see below in Fair Use Policy).


10. Pausing or Canceling

Clients may cancel anytime, but no refunds are issued for unused days.
Work stops immediately upon cancellation or expiration.


11. Communication

All requests, revisions, and feedback must be submitted through the designated platform:

  • Telegram

  • Discord

  • WhatsApp

  • Trello

If the client becomes unresponsive for 3+ days, the task is considered paused.


12. Limitation of Liability

Winsbits is not responsible for:

  • lost revenue or business resulting from design usage

  • delays caused by unclear instructions, missing assets, or large revision cycles

  • client misuse of deliverables

  • issues arising from third-party platforms (Framer, hosting, etc.)

  • copyright violations caused by client-provided assets


13. Amendments

Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.


Fair Use Policy

The Unlimited Subscription is subject to a Fair Use Policy to ensure quality work for all clients.

Fair use includes:

  • Submitting reasonable, achievable tasks

  • Allowing adequate time for completion

  • Providing clear feedback

  • Not flooding the queue with unreasonable volume

Unfair use includes:

  • Spamming dozens of micro-requests to overwhelm workload

  • Submitting intentionally vague or contradictory instructions

  • Repeatedly requesting full redesigns without direction

  • Abusive or manipulative behavior

  • Using the service to obtain an extreme workload disproportionate to normal usage

Winsbits may pause, limit, or decline work that violates Fair Use. Refunds are not issued for violations.


Chargeback Protection:
By subscribing, the client acknowledges that:

  • the service is time-based, not deliverables-based

  • all time spent is considered service rendered

  • unlimited requests do not imply unlimited production capacity


3. Website Design Scope Addendum

Included within each subscription month:

  • Website design in Framer

  • Custom layout & UI

  • Component design

  • Framer build

  • Copywriting (written in collaboration with client)

  • Unlimited pages, but one page at a time

  • Reasonable revisions per page

Exclusions:

  • Custom coded features outside of Framer’s native capabilities

  • Backend development

  • App development

  • Complex animations requiring custom code

  • Page migrations from other platforms

Large websites (5+ pages) may require multiple subscription cycles depending on revisions and feedback speed.

Winsbits is not responsible for:

  • client-provided copy delays

  • hosting or domain issues

  • SEO outcomes beyond structural best practices

  • performance issues caused by third-party integrations

4. Revision Policy

Included:

  • Unlimited revisions

  • One revision at a time

  • Iterative improvement

Not included:

  • Complete redesigns after approval

  • Changing direction after major progress is made

  • Shifting strategy mid-project (e.g., switching brand concepts entirely)

  • Revisions arising from missing or late assets

Major redesigns are treated as new requests.

5. Conduct & Communication Policy

To maintain a productive working relationship, clients agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Provide clear instructions

  • Avoid abusive or manipulative behavior

  • Avoid excessive message spam

  • Allow reasonable time for responses

  • Participate in collaborative tasks (e.g., copywriting)

Winsbits may pause or terminate service (without refund) if a client engages in:

  • Harassment or rude communication

  • Attempted exploitation of the “unlimited” model

  • Chargeback fraud

  • Repeated unresponsiveness

  • Attempts to force work outside agreed scope

Termination decisions are at the provider’s discretion.
