How soon can we start?
After the call is done and we both think it’s a match, we can start onboarding as soon as you’re ready and get you into the Notion boards.
How do I make a request?
You’ll get your own Notion board and in there you create your request cards. Then we will give you an estimate on how long it will take. You will have one clear overview in your own private Notion board.
What if I have to pause the plan?
No big deal. We’re flexible. We pause your plan whenever you have to. Just let me know on time so all the communication chains will be informed ASAP.
Why not hire full time designers?
Hiring and recruiting good creatives can be a long process. Also, having someone full-time usually costs more. With Winsbits, you get full flexibility and senior-level experience ready to work for you as soon as you subscribe.
How many people work on my project?
Typically 1 senior creative (me) and 1 senior PM if needed.
How many requests can we request during a sprint?
We’ll provide a clear scope and timeline before starting production together. You request your needs before production starts. Please note that web and video projects typically take longer than 48 hours. For example, a basic web design and build in Framer usually takes about a week, while a product video can take 2–3 weeks. If your needs grow, we’ll scale the team accordingly to keep everything on track. Rest assured, quality is always our top priority.
Do you work with one-off projects or only subscription?
I offer both options. Subscriptions (retainers) start at $8K/month, with additional creative services such as animation (+$4K) and video creation (+$4K). Prefer a one-off project? Schedule a call, and we’ll go over your needs.
